Terms and Conditions

Bookings:

Bookings requests can be made via email or through the Contact Me page. All bookings are subject to availability. Weekend sessions are recommended to be booked in advance.

 

Payments, re-scheduling and cancellations:

The client will pay the stylist in accordance to the below schedule*:

50% upfront, by 2 weeks prior to the first scheduled appointment

50% by 2 business days prior to the last scheduled appointment

*Subject to change depending on discussions held between the client and stylist

 

Upon payment of the initial 50% by the client, the Stylist will reserve the date and time agreed upon and will not make any other reservations for that date and time.

 

Where the client cannot pay the second 50% noted under payment details above, the Stylist reserves the right to cancel the last scheduled appointment and re-book at another time.

 

We understand that sometimes things change, and if you need to reschedule appointments this can be done once with at least 3 days notice at no charge. Any further changes, will be at a 20% re-booking fee. Any cancellations of sessions require at least 3 days notice. If cancellations are outside of this then a refund is not available

Payments can be made via credit card, paypal. Payment must be made within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

Expenses:

The client will reimburse the Stylist’s expenses that are not included in the service package.

Retailer product availability:

We cannot guarantee product availability, sizes or stock.

Service areas:

In person styling services can be provided all across Sydney. Virtual services are available to all clients.

Gift vouchers:

Gift vouchers are available on request and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. All Gift Vouchers are valid for 2 years, where a booking is not made within this period and your voucher expires, it is non-refundable.
